Kue Kembang Goyang or Swaying Flower Cookie resembles rosette cookies.
- 200 grams of rice flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
- 35 grams of refined sugar
- 200 ml coconut milk
- Oil for frying
1. Mix rice flour, egg, salt, sugar and coconut milk.
2. Heat the cooking oil. Preheat the mould in the oil.
3. Dip the hot mould into the batter mixture. Keep the oil on medium heat. Sway the mould gently untill the cookie comes off the mould.
When dipping the mould into the batter do not dip the whole mould. That way the cakes can not be removed easily from the mould. Keep the top free of batter. Dip halfway or 3/4 of the mould.
